How I turned newsletter into a Linkedin content engine
Repurpose 1 Newsletter Into a Week of Content With AI (free skill inside)
Hey Vibe Marketer,
“So, I literally turned my newsletter into a LinkedIn content engine.”
Without code, without a terminal, without any crazy setup.
I've published 80+ issues since 2025, and every single one has been living on Beehiiv and nowhere else. Here, I breakdown AI marketing builds and breakthroughs twice a week.
These newsletters have interesting learnings, workflows that deserve to get a spotlight and be shared across my LinkedIn, so I don't have to reinvent a content calendar from scratch.
Put simply, the workflow looks like this:
Beehiiv issue → Claude pulls it and atomizes it into posts → images get designed and dropped in Drive → Buffer picks them up → posts land in the queue, ready to publish.Outcome: one newsletter issue in, 3-5 LinkedIn posts out, images included, queued automatically.
And, here are the tools I used:
a. Claude (Cowork) - the actual builder, works across files and tools
b. Beehiiv - where the newsletter content actually lives and the source Claude pulls from
c. content-atomizer skill - the piece that actually does the repurposing, turning the newsletter issue into platform-native posts
d. Buffer - schedules and publishes the finished posts to social
e. Google Drive - hosts the images publicly, since Buffer can't accept a file straight from Claude
f. Zapier MCP - instead of connecting Beehiiv and Buffer one at a time, this bundles both into a single MCP server, so Claude gets one connection instead of managing each app separately
(Keep reading, the free content atomizer skill is at the bottom)
Here’s the link to the full video…
#1 Setup - Zapier MCP, Beehiiv, Buffer, Claude

Setup a new MCP server on Zapier and choose claude cowork in the tools section
Add Buffer - OAuth login, no API key needed, just sign in
Connect Beehiiv - the one place an API key is required, grabbed from Beehiiv's own settings
Connect the MCP server inside Claude. Close and reopen Claude so the connection actually loads
Also connect Google Drive natively - Buffer only accepts a public image URL, not a raw file, so Drive is the handoff point
Asked Claude to pull a specific Beehiiv issue that I wanted to repurpose
In my case I chose my newsletter issue around AI visibility
Claude researches current LinkedIn algorithm behavior on its own before writing, so the format matches what's working right now
#3 Repurpose - turning it into posts
This is where the content-atomizer skill does the actual work: it takes the newsletter issue and rewrites it as platform-native LinkedIn posts, not a shrunk-down version of the newsletter. It pulls out the strongest ideas, reshapes them into standalone hooks, and attaches a CTA to each one.
Atomizes one issue into 3-5 separate LinkedIn posts
Each post stands alone. Different hook, different angle, not just the newsletter cut into pieces
Keeps the original point intact while rewriting it in LinkedIn's voice and format
Here's what the content-atomizer skill actually does:
a. it takes one piece of content and turns it into platform-native posts, not generic repurposing.
b. Rewrites for 8 platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, and Reddit
c. Runs a live search for algorithm changes on each platform before writing, so posts match what's working right now, not stale playbook advice
d. Builds full content calendars - atomize once and get a week's worth of scheduled posts across every platform, not just one-off pieces
e. Detects a connected Buffer or Hootsuite setup and hands posts straight to the queue, same as what happened here
f. Adapts to brand voice per platform if one is set up, so the tone shifts appropriately instead of sounding identical everywhere
#4 Design- generating the images
Use Claude design for the visuals for each post, directly inside Claude this is what makes it more than just text output. You can create graphic posts or carousels.
Send images to Google drive
Pro tip- use edit or connect with figma/ canva to edit
#5 Buffer - queue and publish
Once images are in Drive, Buffer picks them up automatically since it already has the public link
Posts land in Buffer as drafts, ready to review and publish on your schedule
The one thing I would change
I ran this whole build in Fable 5, mostly because I wanted to see how the model thinks and works for this use case.
It's a genuinely smart model, but it was overkill here, and slow.
This isn't a task that needs frontier-level reasoning. If you're building something like this, start with Sonnet 5 or Opus 4.8 and get the same output, faster.
What's next
Turn this into a recurring scheduled task:
a. new issue drops, Claude atomizes it, generates the images, queues it in Buffer, no me involved.
b. And layer a feedback loop on top of that.
c. Pull Buffer's engagement data back into Claude weekly and ask what's working.
This is just an example of newsletter as source. But, if you have multiple channels that carry good content like a podcast, old blog posts, this same logic + skill works: connect the source and the destination through Zapier MCP, let a skill handle the repurposing, and let Drive be the bridge for anything visual.

Miscellaneous vibes
1. 14 tools + Hermes agent = 11 use cases unlocked…
2. "boring" local service business automation.
3. Such an interesting thread: Are you an Opus 5 person or a Fable 5 person?
4. Go from generic ai output to signals that actually move the needle…
5. In the AI age, anyone can build. Almost nobody can distribute.
6. what is a counter-metric in AI marketing?
7. GitHub Repo: Builds websites, blogs, and ecommerce stores using a visual page builder…
