Real builds that solve REAL BUSINESS PROBLEMS...

Hello Vibe Marketer,

Nothing matters if you don’t build workflows, products, processes that solve real problems.

And, we've spent enough time talking about how to build and what to build.

When people ask me about tools, best practices, or getting started, my answer is simple: go do it.

This week's features prove why. Three vibe marketers who'd never coded before just shipped

→ A full-stack SaaS→ An e-commerce image generator (scrappy photos → launch-ready in minutes)→ A business site built with skills

Here are the 3 builds that solve real problems:

1. You just need $352.85 in Claude Tokens to build launch ready SaaS product

Darren Thompson just shipped a real SaaS and he’s not a developer.

He built Tycoda, a micro-SaaS for real estate agents, using Claude Code inside Cursor.

No engineering background. No agency. No long MVP cycles. Just focus, consistency, and ~$352 in Claude tokens.

The app itself solves a very real problem. It helps agents capture and activate leads from open houses — turning foot traffic into follow-ups that actually convert. Built for scale, not just a side project.

Before: he was chasing dev quotes like $3,000 to $18,000 for MVPs, 4+ month timelines just for the prototype.

Now: Darin shipped a real production SaaS with Claude Code in IDE

Tool stack:

- Cursor → where the app is built
- Claude Code → writes & fixes the code
- Vercel → puts the app live
- Clerk → handles logins & users
- Neon DB → stores the data
- Stripe → for payments

If you are trying to build a product from scratch here are some tips:

Design shared foundations first: Common building blocks should come before edge cases.

Keep one execution brain: Letting multiple tools make decisions in parallel leads to confusion and drag. One clear system keeps momentum high.

PS: Here’s what inspired Darin Claude Code Masterclass email newsletter from The Boring Marketer and Greg Isenberg featuring Amir (from Humblytics) talking about building in Cursor.

2. From scrappy photos to ecommerce-ready product images in minutes

Adam Sandler vibe coded a real app over the holidays and it fixes the biggest bottleneck in e-commerce: product images slowing everything down.

He built PDP Forge, an app for e-commerce teams drowning in product image chaos.

If you’ve ever worked with large catalogs, you know the pain:
photo shoots delay launches, assets block campaigns, and creative teams get stuck doing grunt work instead of real creative thinking.

So, Adam built his way out.

PDP Forge turns scrappy iPhone photos into e-commerce-ready product images in minutes: hero shots, lifestyle images, auto-generated alt text, retailer-specific exports the whole flow.

What makes this interesting isn’t just the output. It’s how he built it:

Adam used Antigravity’s agent mode to plan, execute, and validate work step by step — keeping momentum high and decisions visible. As the product grew more complex, he transitioned fully to Claude Code when the app outgrew earlier tools.

The stack he used:

  • Google AI Studio (prototyping)

  • Antigravity (app build)

  • Supabase (backend + auth)

  • Google Stitch (UI iteration)

  • Nano Banana Pro (image generation)

  • Vercel (hosting)

  • Stripe (payments)

Check the video walkthrough to understand: why and how he built it; live demo of scrappy photo to complete image set in under 9 min.

3. Proof you don’t need to be technical to ship something real

Coming from a blue-collar background with zero coding or marketing experience, Jacob Procino rebuilt his business website from scratch.

What started as a basic Squarespace page turned into a polished, professional site built entirely with

a. Claude Code
b. VS Code (IDE)
c. Claude code skills by James - https://www.thevibemarketer.com/skills

No tech background. No fancy stack. Just curiosity, support, and the willingness to build in public.

That mindset shift alone is a win worth celebrating.
